1. What this service is
Propledger publishes statistical analysis and predictions ("picks") for NBA player statistics, together with a public record of those picks. It is an information service only: it is not a bookmaker, does not accept or place bets, does not handle wagers or gambling funds, and has no affiliation with any bookmaker.
2. No guarantee — you can lose money
Picks are statistical opinions, not promises. Past results do not guarantee future results. If you choose to bet based on anything you read here, you do so entirely at your own risk and must comply with the law where you live. Expect losing days, weeks and months; never stake money you cannot afford to lose.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. By creating an account you confirm this.
4. Accounts
The service is free. An account exists for one reason: to send you the day's picks by email when they publish. One account per person; you can delete it at any time (see the privacy policy).
5. The record
The picks record is append-only by design. We do not edit or delete graded picks, and anyone can check its integrity from the site. Statistics shown (units, ROI, CLV) are computed from the record and may be corrected prospectively if a grading error is found — the original entries stay visible.
6. Acceptable use
No scraping at abusive rates, no attempting to breach other users' accounts, no using the service where receiving such content is unlawful.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses from betting decisions, data errors, delays or downtime. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes and contact
